Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Amex. All payments are securely processed by Stripe. (We do not store any credit card data on our systems.)
When is the Fee charged?
Our maintenance and care fee is billed monthly in advance. So, as an example – you would be billed at the end of May for the Care during the month of June.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel at any time, but we will require you to move your hosting to another provider.
Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial month periods.
Can I host my Website elsewhere?
Our Cubes (custom websites) are based on the open source WordPress platform. This means they can be hosted on any properly configured WordPress server. However, if you choose to host elsewhere you will not be able to utilize our SSL certificate or any of the premium plug-ins we incorporate into the Cube platform and we will not maintain or work on any site hosted elsewhere. While we cannot install your Cube on another service for you, we will provide you a .ZIP file with the necessary components for installation on the alternative hosting platform.
