Sprout Farms is located in Lexington, South Carolina. The farm is a collaboration between Sprout Pediatrics and Path of Life Nutrition and is designed to connect clinical services to real life utility and skills. The farm provides produce that are 100% organically grown, non-GMO and fresh using a farm to table distribution model. In addition, they partner with local small businesses to stock an online pantry that includes local honey, jams, breads and other products.

The farm offers an SMS service to provide local residents alerts about weekly deals and new products. The farm offers an innovative Kinesis Pay system whereby products can be purchased with Gold and Silver using a Kinesis Money account.
